All emoji riddles, artwork, copy and code in the base Game are original works created by or for YDS Tools. Category and brand names referenced within riddles are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Local Data

Your scores and progress are stored locally in your browser. YDS Tools is not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser issues.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Game to transmit harmful code, attempt to disrupt the service, or use any automated system to interact with it in a way that could degrade the experience for other players.

5. Advertising

The Game may display third-party advertisements to support free access. We aim to keep ad placement unobtrusive and separate from gameplay.
